Our comprehensive Early Years Curriculum features activities and equipment designed for the development of gross and fine motor coordination. Ms. Rachna Trehan is a passionate educator who brings with her a rich experience of more than 25 years. Working in various capacities in Pre-School and K-12 education system, Ms. Trehan has set a benchmark in the sphere of academics, co-curricular activities, sports and social equity programs.
While remaining committed and connected to all her students, her particular focus has been on coaching, mentoring and professional development of the school staff to ensure high academic achievement for all students.
Ms. Trehan is a result –focused leader specializing in building teams, aiming to provide excellent academic standards based on pioneering state of the art teaching methods and tools. She is a firm believer in multiple intelligence based approach in education coupled with use of innovative learning methods including interactive discussions, technology and experiential learning. She has attended several workshops that honed her skills. To add to her professional repertoire, she has conducted several workshops for the students, teachers and parents.
Integrated Intelligent Support Activities focusing on hands-on learning and Interdisciplinary Approach by incorporating a plethora of revolutionary methods like such as Jolly phonics, Jodo Gyan, Theme based celebrations, Nature Walks, Reggio Emilia approach, Show and Tell, Declamations, Enrichment classes, DEAR time, Life skills activities, bring her to the forefront of believing that a classroom should be filled with wonders of exploration, experience and expectation attesting total quality management in education. Parents are a constant motivation to any school to work tirelessly and attain new milestones. Believing in the three-way-handshake Ms. Trehan always works in tandem with the parent community.
An alumnus of the Lady Irwin College, Delhi, she pursued her career in the Early Years segment with reputed institutions like Ryan International School, GD Goenka Public school and The Shri Ram Educare. Her last 8 years have been in schools holding leadership positions in different capacities. Ms. Rachna Trehan emphasises on imparting values, building a conducive and positive school environment that focuses on holistic development of the child to make them lifelong learners and a responsible citizen of the country.

Why a Mascot?
As the Pathways group turned 15 in the year 2018, we felt the urge to build a tangible persona for the Pathways community, somebody who embodies the values of a true Pathwaysian. It was time to have our own mascot, built and brought to life by our very own Pathwaysians.
We rolled up our sleeves and threw the dice at our ever-growing Pathways community, why not open the challenge to them? And guess what, we received ideas and illustrations not only from our students, faculty, and alumni but even our parents! After receiving an overwhelming number of responses, we just couldn’t narrow down to one. So, we mixed and matched, churned and spun and thus came out the PATHWAYS PANTHERS!
Pathways Panthers stand for confident, strong sighted and fearless explorers, synonymous with Pathwaysians. Dressed in the formal school uniform, the colour blue unites the Pathwaysian spirit. Coincidentally, it is also an alliteration of Pathways.
