Leadership Programme - PYP 5

PYP 5 learners took part in the 4th and the last leadership Programme in PYP. Emotional Intelligence being the most essential skill as a leader was covered during the programme. Students unfurled the topic through a story and delved deeper into the sub skills ( self-awareness, empathy, social skills, emotional regulation and motivation) discussing the case studies. 

They assessed their learning by attempting the quiz - identifying the area of concern for a leader and providing solutions. This 60 minutes session also enabled the students to reflect on their level for the sub-skills and identified strategies to enhance their skill set.
