For outstanding and gifted students in the field of ‘The Arts’ who have consistently produced an exceptional quality of work and shown outstanding merit and achievement at national and international level events. The criterion mentioned above merely defines the ‘eligibility’ for applying for a Scholarship. Scholarships are limited in number and the decision of awarding a scholarship will be based on a series of processes in addition to some other assessment criterion. Scholarships can never be assumed as a right. Note: Apart from the three fields given above, students may apply for scholarships in Leadership, Technology, Design, Service or any other field of interest if they have shown a remarkable level of merit and achievement in it. While scholarships are primarily available to students entering either Grades 9 or 11, students may also apply for the ‘Sports’ or ‘The Arts’ Scholarship for entry into grades 6 to 8 if they have shown a remarkable level of merit and achievement. Scholarships for such fields and for these grades shall be awarded sparingly.
