Teacher’s Day: A Day to Remember!

The Teacher's Day celebration was surely an enjoyable experience. It started off with welcoming all the teachers on a red carpet and wishing them and giving roses. It was great to see the energetic and joyful atmosphere early in the morning. After that, we settled for an assembly. From music performances, to plays, it had it all. During the assembly, teachers also won awards on things such as, 'tech-savvy’ or ‘comedian’, with a thunderous applause following every announcement. For me, I enjoyed the music performances, because I too love to play music. It was also nice to see the audience signing along to the music and the beat. More than the performances, the celebration also gave us time to reflect on how education has such a profound impact on our lives, and how we should be grateful about it. Gratitude doesn’t come in abundance these days, and the celebration certainly served as a reminder. Overall, the Teacher’s day assembly was one to remember!
