The Circuit Training session for parents was a great hit! Parents explored various circuit training styles, diving into speedy HIIT workouts and endurance-focused AMRAPs. They engaged in a mix of exercises, from bodyweight circuits to heart-pumping cardio, trying out different forms of fitness fun! As they wrapped up, they left feeling refreshed and with big smiles on their faces. It was a fantastic time filled with both enjoyment and a boost of happiness. All we can say is, the energy was contagious!
