Leadership Programme

At the heart of leadership lies a deep understanding of oneself, and this journey is not a fixed destination but a dynamic process that evolves through experiences, choices, and conscious efforts. Our PYP 5 learners, guided by the school counsellors, have embarked on an enriching Leadership Programme that encourages introspection and exploration. Through a series of hands-on activities, discussions, and reflective practices, students were encouraged to discover their personal leadership qualities. This engaging process nurtured key attributes from the IB Learner Profile—Inquirers, Thinkers, and Reflective—as they learned to identify and develop the skills that define effective leadership. The programme emphasized that leadership is a personal and ongoing journey, shaped by experiences and guided by thoughtful decision-making. By identifying their strengths and areas for growth, our learners are better equipped to make informed choices as they continue on their leadership path.
